Evaluation Volunteer - Coventry / West Midlands

Do you want to use your interpersonal skills over the telephone to make a difference to people affected by dementia, by discussing with them their evaluations of Alzheimer’s Society services? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

As an Evaluation Volunteer, you will be completing evaluation forms over the phone with people affected by dementia and allowing them to have a chance to feed back to us. You will keep records of all conversations, which will enable us to see measurable outcomes and reports generated from your calls. You will help us to reach more people affected by dementia and ensure that we are providing the best services possible by being evidence led.

- We welcome volunteers with any additional skills, languages or relevant experience, as this can enhance the support we provide
