  • Ensure all employees receive appropriate training, inductions and ongoing development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage performance issues where required.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Take overall responsibility for Health & Safety across the site.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, RAMS, environmental permits and all relevant legislation.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, site inspections and safety briefings.
  • Ensure PPE compliance for employees, contractors and visitors.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Plant & Equipment

  • Oversee the availability, utilisation and condition of all plant and machinery.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are completed.
  • Work alongside maintenance teams to minimise downtime.

  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and environmental compliance.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • A proactive, hands-on management style with a focus on continuous improvement.

What's on Offer

  • Salary of £45,000 - £52,000 depending on experience.
