Membership Administrator - busy admin role providing support across all aspects of the membership & events team within a members organisation, supporting growth, engagement, and member satisfaction.

• Location: London, West End- Oxford Circus (2/3 minutes from station)
• IMMEDIATE START: 3 months temp to perm
• Position: 3 month contract initially, with opportunity to become permanent
• Hybrid: Flexibility to work from home 2 days per week

• Salary: £17 per hour (35k per annum)

Administrator Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the membership team
• Main point of contact for members, handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
• Processing renewals, applications and cancellations, maintain accurate data records
• Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets and reports
• Work closely with other teams such as events, marketing, and finance
• Ensure subscriptions are up to date

Administrator Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, ideally within membership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & MS Office 
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
