IP Records Administrator - South West

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and experienced IP Records Administrator to join this leading Intellectual Property firm as they look to expand their South West office.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Records function, managing intellectual property records, official correspondence, deadlines and case updates across patents, trademarks and designs. Responsibilities will involve processing incoming communications, updating IP management systems, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring all actions are completed accurately and within required timescales.

Applicants should have previous experience within IP Records and Renewals alongside excellent organisational and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work accurately under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team environment is essential.

Experience using IP management and document management systems, along with CIPA and/or CITMA qualifications, would be advantageous but are not essential.
