Warehouse Manager

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum 
• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm 
• This is a Full time, Permanent position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a growing packaging and fulfilment business.

We are looking for a hands-on, organised and results-driven individual to take ownership of warehouse operations, lead a team and ensure the efficient movement, storage and dispatch of stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operations.
• Lead, motivate and manage warehouse staff.
• Oversee stock control, goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Improve warehouse efficiency, workflow and productivity.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, housekeeping and organisation.
• Monitor stock accuracy and minimise errors, waste and delays.
• Coordinate with production, fulfilment and transport teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes.
• Manage staffing, workloads and operational priorities.

About You

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Experience within packaging, fulfilment, logistics or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with stock control and warehouse management systems.
• A hands-on, proactive and commercially focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
