A wonderful family-run nursery close to Crawley is looking to appoint a caring and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their thriving Baby Room team.
This highly regarded nursery is set within beautiful countryside surroundings and offers a warm, supportive atmosphere that staff and families love.
Your Role
Working primarily with babies aged 6 months and above, you’ll help create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, secure and inspired to learn.
Responsibilities include:
✅ Supporting babies through daily routines
✅ Planning age-appropriate activities
✅ Monitoring developmental milestones
✅ Creating engaging learning experiences
✅ Working in partnership with parents
✅ Supporting feeding, sleep and personal care routines
✅ Promoting children’s confidence and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For

Level 2 Childcare Qualification minimum
Experience with babies and young children
Understanding of EYFS
Warm, caring and positive approach
Full driving licence and own transport
