About the School * Small class sizes with strong TA support * Calm, structured and relationship‑focused environment * Tailored learning pathways for students with a range of SEN needs * Leadership team that values collaboration, transparency and staff development Role Responsibilities * Deliver differentiated Maths lessons to KS3–KS4 learners with varied SEN profiles * Adapt teaching to meet EHCP targets and individual learning plans * Work closely with TAs to ensure smooth lesson delivery and targeted interventions * Track progress, maintain accurate records and contribute to personalised curriculum planning * Support the wider school community through consistent behaviour management and positive relationships Requirements * QTS preferred, but strong SEN experience will be considered * Confident teaching Maths at secondary level * Experience supporting learners with SEMH, ASD or complex needs * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service * Resilient, calm and committed to nurturing student progress If you’re ready for an immediate start and looking for a meaningful temp‑to‑perm opportunity within a genuinely supportive SEN environment, this role offers a strong daily rate of £180–£280 DOE and long‑term stability.
