Resolve Recruitment Services is currently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for both day and night shifts. If you have a minimum of 18 months’ experience and are looking for consistent work with a reputable logistics provider, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Who will you be working with?
You will be working with one of the UK’s leading third-party logistics (3PL) providers, renowned for delivering high-quality, efficient transport solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport goods across the UK, adhering to planned routes and schedules
- Carry out thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driving hours, and mileage
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding any delays or issues
- Ensure all loads are secure and compliant with legal and industry standards
- Deliver excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Valid UK C+E (Class 1) driving licence with minimal or no penalty points
- Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 18 months’ HGV driving experience
- Experience in general haulage (preferred but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including occasional weekends
