EU Channel Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially curious Channel Marketing Executive to support our growing European marketing team. You’ll help coordinate integrated campaigns and client communications across Institutional, Wholesale and emerging Direct-to-Consumer audiences. With a particular focus on Germany, you’ll work with colleagues across Distribution, Digital, Content, Brand, Events, Product Marketing, PR and Compliance to make sure our activity is relevant, accurate and delivered to a high standard. This is an opportunity to build your marketing career in asset management, gain exposure to different audiences and channels, and play a hands-on role in supporting our growth across Europe. What you’ll be doing: Supporting European marketing plans across Institutional, Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer channels Coordinating campaigns across digital, email, content, social media, events and sales enablement Localising global campaigns and content for European audiences Supporting investor education and digital engagement activity in Germany Managing campaign timelines, approvals, stakeholder contributions and project plans Reviewing communications for accuracy, local relevance, brand alignment and compliance Tracking campaign activity and supporting reporting on performance and learning Coordinating suppliers, purchase orders, invoices and campaign trackers Who we’re looking for: Fluency in German and English Some practical marketing experience, ideally gained within financial services, asset management or another regulated sector Experience supporting campaigns across one or more digital and offline channels Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities Careful attention to detail when reviewing marketing materials and communications Clear written communication and confidence working with different stakeholders An interest in digital marketing, client journeys and campaign performance Curiosity about asset management, investment markets and Germany’s D2C landscape Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
