Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Education, Family Support, Youth Work, Community Engagement, Social Care or a related field.
- Degree qualification in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Community Development or a related discipline.
- Experience of working with parents, families or young people in an education or community setting.
- Experience of building positive partnerships with families and external agencies.
