At Implement Consulting Group, we’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Operations teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028. What you’ll do As a graduate in our Operations business area, you’ll work across a wide range of operational challenges, including business transformation, operations strategy, process design, supply chain strategy, and digital enablement. Some projects focus on defining how organisations should operate in the future, while others centre on improving or redesigning day to day operations. What ties them together is turning complex operational challenges into practical, lasting change. Within the Operations teams, we work with functional areas such as: Business transformation and operating model design Process improvement and operational excellence Supply chain strategy and management Digital supply chain transformations Automation, AI, and digital process enablement In whichever of these areas you join, you'll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses, developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact. You’ll join one of our Operations teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations work, adapt, and grow in an increasingly complex operational landscape. What you’ll bring We're looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant master's degree, with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one. Most importantly, you’re curious and motivated to develop as a consultant while creating meaningful impact for clients. What we offer At Implement, a healthy, dynamic, and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you'll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate. From day one, you'll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level. We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results. Apply now The application deadline is 15 October 2026, and interviews are expected to take place throughout November. Please note that application feedback may not be provided until 1 November. To apply, please upload your CV, motivational letter, and transcripts from both your bachelor's and master's degree programmes. If you have a particular passion or interest for one or more of the functional areas mentioned above, feel free to highlight this in your CV and motivational letter.
