Quality Assurance Inspector – Brentwood, Essex
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 DOE + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Brentwood, Essex | Hybrid Working
Noble Recruiting is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector & Technical Assistant for a permanent role within the Passive Fire Protection sector in Brentwood, Essex.
You will oversee firestopping inspections, fire compartmentation compliance and installation quality, ensuring projects meet fire safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect firestopping and fire compartmentation installations.
- Conduct QA audits and sign off remedial works.
- Support FIRAS audits and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance.
- Assess installer competency and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct site audits and advise on fire protection solutions.
- Prepare technical reports and O&M manuals.
Skills & Experience
- QA or compliance experience within fire protection, construction, fit-out or MEPH.
- Knowledge of fire compartmentation and fire safety standards.
- A-Level, Level 3 qualification or equivalent trade experience.
- Strong communication, technical and organisational skills.
- IFE Level 2, CSCS or passive fire protection experience desirable.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
