Skilled Labourer Required - Long-Term Project

Location: Rothley, Leicestershire

Position: Skilled Labourer

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 1 Year+ (Long-term work for the right candidate)

We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer for a major construction project in Rothley, Leicestershire. This is a long-term position lasting over 12 months for a suitable candidate who shows strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Undertaking pre-plaster preparation works across the site.

• Assisting various skilled trades with general site duties and material handling.

• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and free of hazards.

• Following site supervisor instructions and maintaining health & safety standards.

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)

• Previous experience in a skilled labouring role, specifically including pre-plastering experience.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Full PPE (Hard hat, steel toe boots, high-vis jacket/vest).
