About the role
Admin Officer
Location: Remote - nearest office; Citygate, 1st Floor, NE1 4WH
Working Days / Hours: 37 1/2 hours Monday - Friday
Working Pattern: 9:00am - 5:00pm (can be flexible)
Pay Rate: £14.52 per hour
Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Hiring for an Admin Officer, this is an important support role providing comprehensive administrative and executive assistance to senior leaders and the wider team. You'll be the calm, reliable person who helps meetings happen, actions land, and decisions are properly supported.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing diaries and coordinating meetings for Executive Directors
* Arranging virtual and face-to-face meetings, including logistics and room bookings
* Taking minutes and notes, ensuring actions are captured and followed up
* Preparing, reviewing and coordinating papers and meeting materials
* Booking and coordinating travel arrangements
* Researching and preparing background information to support meetings and decision-making
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and building strong working relationships
* Providing general administrative support to help the team operate effectively
What you'll bring:

* Ability to manage competing priorities and remain effective in a busy environment
