You'll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
? Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases
? Re-mortgages
? Shared Ownership Matters
? Right to Buy Transactions
? Country Properties
? Leases & Easements

The Ideal Candidate

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• 5+ years' experience within Residential Property
• Able to manage a diverse caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
