About the role
Site Contract Administrator Beverley (HU17) £28,000 – £30,000
** Five-month Contract **
25 days annual leave, pro rata
A leading civil engineering firm, have a five-month fixed term contract to join an on-going civil engineering project, based in their project office
Duties:
- Supporting site managers and a team of engineers with all administrative duties for the depot, whilst they undertake a civil/ground-working project
- Booking deliveries in-to site, uploading training certification, training and any additional documentation onto the system
- Uploading CAD drawings and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) documents onto the system for a team of project managers, work mangers and engineers
- Helping with all other administrative tasks such as sending timesheets from sites to be authorised by head office
The ideal candidate shall enjoy working in a lively, banter orientated environment and be willing to commit to the full duration of the contract
