About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our busy, fast-paced logistics team in Huntingdon. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between warehouse operations, customer service, and management, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately process shipping documents, delivery notes, and inventory logs in the internal warehouse management system (WMS).

• Order Processing: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, track order statuses, and flag any discrepancies immediately.

• Communication: Liaise with drivers, warehouse floor staff, suppliers, and customers via phone and email to resolve queries promptly.

• Reporting: Assist management by generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports on stock levels, shipping performance, and productivity.

• General Administration: Maintain filing systems, manage office supplies, and handle general clerical duties to support the warehouse team.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role is preferred.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new warehouse management software.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.

• Organization: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, especially when handling data entry and inventory numbers.
