This lcontract offers a fantastic opportunity to blend digital system management with hands-on site support. The Details

  • Location: Lochgilphead, PA31

  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

  • Contract Duration: ASAP start until 24/12/2026. There is an opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent role for the right candidate.

  • Rate & Status: £15.50 - £18.00 per hour PAYE

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Common Data Environment ensuring all project information is available and up to date.

  • Maintain an Operational Master Document Register.

  • Ensure information is current as actions occur and execute workflow processes for all documents requiring deliverable status.

  • Assist with setting up projects in BIM 360 NextGen, establishing folders, user rights, and workflows.

  • Handle both digital platforms and physical paper files.

  • Print construction drawings for issue to the site where required and manage filing.

  • Assure the delivery of information exchanges, validate compliance with information requirements, and advise on non-compliance.

What You Need to Succeed

  • An advanced administrative background.

  • You must be highly organised and detail-orientated.

  • A valid driving license and a willingness to drive to other offices.

  • Experience working with document control or document management.

  • Confidence in using digital systems, as extra resource is needed for Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
