Compliance Administrator

Compliance Administrator 📍 Leeds (LS9) ⏰ Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

RG Setsquare Recruitment is currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage compliance documentation and maintain accurate records

✅ Review, validate, and upload statutory compliance documents

✅ Update and manage tasks within the CAFM system

✅ Monitor SLAs and escalate overdue or at-risk activities

✅ Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to ensure completion of works and receipt of required documentation

✅ Produce compliance reports, KPI summaries, and audit packs

✅ Maintain digital filing systems and support audit activities

Skills & Experience

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
• Previous administration or compliance experience is desirable
