Known for its modern approach, collaborative culture, and strong client relationships, our client is continuing to grow its MEP offering and is now seeking an Associate-level MEP Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in that journey.

Role



As an Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in delivering MEP cost management services across multiple projects. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and contributing to the strategic development of the MEP function within the business.



This is a senior position suited to someone who is both technically strong and commercially aware, with the confidence to lead projects and support business growth.





Responsibilities



Lead MEP cost management on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and project teams
Manage procurement processes and contract administration
Monitor project costs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute to business development and the growth of the MEP offering




Person



Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or contractor environment
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services
Demonstrable experience delivering projects across relevant sectors
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience managing clients and leading project teams
Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to contribute to a growing business




Remuneration



Salary up to £85,000 (depending on experience)
