Product Lead

Are you an experienced software delivery leader with a passion for Agile, AI and high-performing teams?

We're looking for a Product Team Leader to drive the delivery of business-critical applications while shaping the future of software development through innovation and continuous improvement.

You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, testers and workflow specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of customer-focused digital solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps and security teams, you'll balance delivery priorities, quality standards and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing digital product team
• Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the adoption of AI-powered ways of working
• Manage backlogs, delivery plans, risks and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate releases and ensure quality, security and governance standards are maintained
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback and performance development

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in software or application delivery
• 2+ years in a people leadership role
• Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience
• Experience leading technical teams delivering IT solutions
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally Azure
• Passion for coaching others and driving organisational change through AI and modern delivery practices
