SEND Teaching Assistant

This supportive Stratford‑upon‑Avon school is seeking a full‑time SEND Teaching Assistant. With her experience supporting pupils with additional needs, she creates calm routines, adapts tasks and helps children feel safe, settled and ready to learn. Moreover, she works closely with teachers throughout the day to deliver structured support, reinforce key skills and provide steady, nurturing guidance tailored to individual needs.
