Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Bodmin College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and dedicated team.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the College, working with students both within the classroom and through targeted interventions. You will work closely with teaching staff to support student progress, engagement and achievement, and may lead learning activities and lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, confident working with young people and able to build positive relationships with students. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive approach to behaviour management and the ability to adapt their support to meet a range of individual learning needs.
