- Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to support children with additional needs
- Have knowledge and experience of working with children with additional needs in KS2
- Have experience of delivering a range of interventions to support children with additional needs
- Have a proven track record of nurturing and engaging positively with children with additional needs
- Have a positive outlook and demonstrate this on a daily basis
