About the role
Medical Receptionist | Widnes | Temporary | £12.71ph
Our client, a GP surgery in Widnes are currently hiring for a Temporary Receptionist to join their team.
Please only apply if you have experience in using EMIS
Duties of the role will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Booking in appointments for patients
- Supporting the office with administrative duties
Systems required:
- Previous experience as a medical or GP receptionist (NHS or private sector) preferred
- Confident using clinical systems such as EMIS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support team needs
