Senior IAM Architect

We are seeking a Senior IAM Architect to support the design, evolution, and implementation of our enterprise Identity and Access Management capabilities. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience defining IAM architectures and translating business, security, and technology requirements into practical identity solutions.

This role will play a key part in shaping the future IAM landscape, ensuring identity services support both current operational requirements and future business capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical architecture experience across hybrid environments and a proven track record delivering complex IAM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise IAM architecture and target-state design.
• Develop strategic IAM roadmaps aligned with business and security objectives.
• Lead the design of identity solutions across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Provide architectural guidance across IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and access management initiatives.
• Support the implementation of modern identity capabilities and best practices.
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.

Key Requirements

• Significant IAM architecture experience within large or complex organisations.
• Experience designing identity solutions across hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and access governance.
• Experience developing target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of modern identity platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or similar.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
