Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, demanding, challenging but rewarding setting? You will be part of a team within Housing Options that manages emergency temporary accommodation on behalf of the City Council.

You will work directly with colleagues in Derby Homes Housing Options team. You will work with partner agencies, tenants and any customer accommodated in Emergency bed and breakfast / self-contained / temporary accommodation on their behalf.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person who can work independently and part of a wider team, also a person who is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
