Customer Service Advisor

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established family run company in Norwich who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to expand their team.

Key Duties:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, live chat and email, handling booking enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while consistently representing and upholding the company’s values.
• Proactively engage with customers to build strong, positive and long-lasting relationships.
• Take ownership of customer queries and concerns, working collaboratively with the Sales and Service teams to achieve effective outcomes for both the customer and the business.
• Investigate, resolve and follow up on customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolution.

Previous Skills & Experience:

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service over the telephone, while building strong, positive and lasting relationships with customers.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, provide suitable solutions and remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to confidently use a variety of systems and digital platforms.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed performance targets, with a proactive approach to continuous learning, personal development and improving departmental performance.
