Your next role
We are looking for two Senior Business Support Administrators to work within Children and Families Contact Swindon, which is the front door for Childrens Services. As a Senior Business Support Administrator in Contact Swindon, you support processing of information in a timely efficient way for children and families that need statutory or intensive support.
You’ll need to show in your application that you meet the following criteria for the role:
- Experience of using IT systems on a daily basis - including MS, Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & any in house systems.
- Office administration experience including compiling documents and reports in both Word and Excel and using databases to collate data.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail skills in delivering admin tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
The team operates a hybrid working model with all colleagues expected to be in the office for a minimum of two days per week.
