We’re recruiting an Events / Sales Administrator to join a leading hotel and hospitality business in Derry City, working as part of their busy and growing commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales, events, hospitality or commercial administration who enjoys building relationships, winning business and being involved in delivering memorable events.

The Role

Reporting directly to management, you will:

• Handle customer enquiries, prepare pricing and quotations, and follow up opportunities to secure bookings.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers and provide a professional, high-quality service throughout the sales process.
• Conduct customer and venue visits, helping clients understand the facilities and services available.
• Support the wider team in the successful delivery of weddings, events and functions.
• Attend trade shows, networking events and industry events to promote the business and develop new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in commercial sales, events, hospitality or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A confident and professional approach to dealing with customers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to following up sales opportunities.
• Flexible to work 5 days across 7, including weekends where required for events.
