• Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time

• Hours: 26 to 32.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (term time plus 3 weeks)

• Salary: Grade 10

• Key Dates: Closing Date: Monday 26th October at Midday| | Interview Date: Tuesday 3rd November

• Start Date: 1st January 2027 or earlier if possible.

As our School Business Manager, you will hold ownership of our professional systems, resources, and operational strategy across our 293-pupil site and Robin Pre-school. Working alongside the Headteacher, you will directly support the delivery of our school improvement plan ahead of our next Ofsted inspection. You will lead our marketing and widen our community engagement, ensuring our historic track record is matched by a clear, vibrant presence across digital and local channels.

• Proven experience in financial management, operational leadership, or business administration.

• Strategic capability to manage budgets, site operations, and compliance with precision.

• Strong communication skills to lead external marketing, manage social media channels, and connect with local stakeholders.

• The ability to lead administrative personnel while working collaboratively with senior leadership.

• A proactive, solution-focused mindset aligned with a culture of continuous improvement.
