A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our wonderful Early Years team at Althorpe and Keadby Primary School.

We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to work across our Early Years classrooms, primarily supporting our nursery-aged children.

Althorpe and Keadby is a happy, inclusive and outdoorsy school with a real sense of adventure. We have strong pastoral, inclusion and SEND provision in place and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to giving every child the very best start.

Do you love helping young children learn, explore and grow? Do you enjoy creating exciting learning environments, supporting children's developmental milestones and building strong, positive relationships with children and their families? Do you have a strong understanding of the Early Years Framework and Curriculum and ready for your next challenge? 

If so, we would love to hear from you.

It is essential that you hold an EYP/NNEB qualification (or equivalent). You will also need to be adaptable, creative and hardworking, with the confidence to use your own initiative while also being a great team player. A good sense of humour is always welcome too!

Our large and much-loved Forest School is an important part of school life, so we would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates who already hold a Forest School qualification or who have a genuine interest in developing their skills in outdoor learning.

For the right candidate, with the right qualifications and fit for our special setting, hours and training opportunities may be negotiable.
