Senior Account Manager

Joining the drinks branding consultancy that has won the drinks industry’s most coveted design accolade seven times, this is a studio that’s small on purpose. Ten people, one open space, a genuinely flat structure. 

Most account roles at this level come with a ceiling built in — layers above you, clients you’ll never speak to directly, and a wait for the seat that lets you actually run something. This one is structured deliberately to avoid that.

The Role
You’ll own a client portfolio across an unusually broad spread of drinks work – four soft drink brands from premium to mainstream, plus wine, whiskey, no/low alcohol and RTD. You’ll run small-to-mid projects start to finish: briefing clients, shaping reverse briefs, scheduling, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, attending creative reviews, and managing production through to print and delivery. Alongside that sits the account admin – WIPs, billings, cost reconciliations, artwork briefing.

What makes it a step up is the exposure. You’ll work directly with the Client Business Director on account strategy and growth, with the MD/CSO and ECD on second-round panels and in the room day-to-day. There is no bureaucratic distance between you and the decisions being made.

The Person
You have 4+ years building brands at a strong creative agency, with a foundation from one of the established design houses. Drinks experience is what matters most here. 

You can run projects independently and handle the full admin spectrum without prompting. Most importantly, you understand what a ten-person studio asks of everyone, and you want that closeness, not distance from it.
