Estates Manager

This is an exciting time to join the School. The DfE’s new Education Estates Strategy creates an opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to develop a new Estates Strategy and Asset Management Plan, ensuring the whole estate is fit for the future and a changing educational landscape.

The postholder will have operational responsibility for statutory compliance, health and safety, planned preventative maintenance, site security and the effective delivery of estates services.

The role also supports estates procurement, contractor performance, capital projects, energy and sustainability, and budget monitoring. It combines hands-on problem solving with forward planning and clear reporting to maintain service quality and value for money.

As leader of the Estates Team, the postholder will set high standards, develop colleagues and work collaboratively with senior leaders, staff, students, governors and external partners.
