Our client, a leading manufacturer of bespoke concrete staircases and trowel work, is seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join their team near Yatesbury, close to Swindon. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, crafting high-quality concrete products to exact specifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Producing bespoke concrete stairs to client specifications with precision and care
• Performing trowel work and finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard
• Safely working at heights using appropriate equipment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
• Operating machinery and tools required in the production process
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in concrete production, trowel work, or a related physical role
• Comfortable and confident working at heights with adherence to safety requirements
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a quality finish
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in bespoke concrete manufacturing
