About the role
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
0400-1400 Early morning starts | Early finishes (Get your afternoons back!)
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Refuse Loader to join our clients team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and want a job that gets you home early every day, this is the perfect role for you. What you’ll do:
- Collect commercial waste, recycling, and trade bins from businesses across the local area.
- Load waste safely into the back of the collection vehicles.
- Work closely as a team with your driver to complete daily routes efficiently.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the team, ensuring high safety standards on the road.
- A reliable, punctual attitude-those early morning starts wait for no one!
- Great teamwork skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- £12.71/hr with predictable, steady weekly pay.
- Early finish times so you can enjoy the rest of your day.
