With an established customer base and exceptional products, you'll help clients create spaces they love while driving sales and maximising commission. It's consultative, high-value selling where strong results are genuinely recognised and rewarded.
You're a confident closer who loves building rapport, understanding what customers really want and turning ideas into sales. Furniture, kitchens, quote & measure, interiors or other big-ticket sales experience will translate beautifully. You'll be commercially driven, polished and motivated by targets, great products and uncapped earning potential.

- Deliver a premium, consultative showroom experience
- Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored furniture solutions
- Build strong relationships and confidently close high-value sales
- Achieve sales, KPI and commission targets consistently
- Maintain exceptional styling, presentation and sales administration
- Proven furniture, big-ticket or commission-based sales success
- Kitchen, interiors or quote & measure experience highly regarded
- Confidence negotiating and closing high-value customer sales
- Strong communication, relationship-building and attention to detail
- Availability every weekend to maximise commissions and earn a bonus
- $65K base + Super with tens of thousands available in commissions
- 35h PPT/week - enjoy the earning power without the early starts!
- Set weekday RDOs + work weekends to maximise commissions
