Level 3 Nursery Nurse Job in Dudley

About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse in Dudley, you will play a key role in supporting children’s development through engaging activities, learning opportunities, and nurturing care. You will work alongside experienced practitioners to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years.
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational development.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Observing, recording, and monitoring children’s progress.
• Promoting a fun, caring, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this Level 3 Nursery Nurse job in Dudley, you must have:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years Childcare Qualification (NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3 or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery, childcare setting, or early years environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for supporting children’s development.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through Zest Education.
