About the role
Optime Group are excited to be recruiting for Train Station Cleaner to join one of our well-respected and successful clients in Brighton. This job offers full time hours, overtime opportunities and an immediate start. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company providing fantastic working conditions and facilities.

Key Duties:
- Travel across the GTR network between allocated stations.
- Clean platforms, station areas, toilets and passenger facilities.
- Carry out litter picking, sweeping, mopping and waste removal.
- Respond to reactive and urgent cleaning requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Report hazards, damage and maintenance issues.
- Follow health & safety, COSHH and railway safety procedures.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Provide a professional and helpful service to passengers.
- Complete cleaning checks and records as required.
- Work independently and follow allocated routes and schedules.
Location/Coverage/ Shifts:
- Wivelsfield; Burgess Hill; Hassocks; London Road (Brighton); Moulsecoomb; Falmer - Wed-Sun 14:00-22:00 (1h unpaid break)
- Hampden park, Polegate, Falmer, Moulsecoomb - Sat-Thu 06:00-14:00
Requirements:
