The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area
• Win instructions and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Negotiate offers and support the sales process where required
• Work closely with buyers, vendors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments
• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service throughout the client journey
• Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch

Sales Valuer Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential estate agency
• Proven track record as a Sales Valuer with experience winning instructions
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused approach
• Professional, personable, and commercially aware
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
