SC Cleared User ResearcherLocation: Remote / UK Wide Rate: Up to £575 Inside IR35 Contract: 6 Month Initial ContractAbout the RoleWe're supporting a major public sector digital programme and are looking for an experienced User Researcher to help shape the delivery of user-centred services.You'll work within multidisciplinary Agile teams, leading research activities throughout the product lifecycle and ensuring user needs remain at the heart of design and delivery decisions. Experience working within GDS environments is essential. Key RequirementsStrong User Research experience within public sector or GDS environments. Proven experience working to GDS Service Standards. Expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience conducting discovery and generative research. Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations, product decisions and service improvements. Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills. Experience creating user journeys, personas and research outputs. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
