Project Manager (ITAM)

Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Project Manager to be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of IT Asset Management (ITAM) projects and project-based services across customer engagements  

What will you be doing? 

This is an opportunity to work in a highly visible delivery role where you'll have real ownership, influence customer outcomes, and play a key part in the growth of our services. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing multiple workstreams, building relationships and finding solutions to complex delivery challenges. 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and managed services across a portfolio of customers. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering a high-quality service. 

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts and delivery roadmaps. 

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests to ensure successful outcomes. 

• Coordinate consultant resources and monitor project progress, costs and utilisation. 

• Lead customer meetings, service reviews and project governance activities. 

• Produce clear and concise project reporting for customers and senior stakeholders. 

• Support service improvement initiatives, new service offerings and bid activities. 

• Take ownership of escalated or at-risk projects, driving resolution and recovery.

What are we looking for? 

You'll be a highly organised and proactive project professional who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes. 

You'll bring: 

• Either experience coordinating or managing projects within a customer focused industry OR experience working with ITAM in a technical capacity with an interest in moving into a project-based role. 

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

• Confidence making decisions and working with minimal supervision. 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

• Experience managing project finances, resources, risks and reporting. 

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity. 

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Where is the role based? 

Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42), this is a hybrid role with circa 2 days per week in the office. 

How many interviews? 

Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.

*Important* BPSS Check 

As part of our recruitment process due to the nature of the work we do, all employees are required to undertake a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check. While some employees require further security clearance, the BPSS check is a must-have requirement and all offers of employment are conditional pending the passing of this check
