Acorn by Synergie is working with a market-leading manufacturer in their field, seeking a Purchasing Administrator to provide administration support alongside purchasing duties for the business.

Initially a temporary role, there is scope in the right circumstances for the right candidate to go longer term and potentially temporary to permanent.

• £14.30 per hour.

• Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm.

• Friday, 8am-1pm.

• Early finish every Friday.

• Carry out general office administration and data entry.

• Process and raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.

• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.

• Previous experience within an administration role, with purchasing experience mandatory.

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

• Proactive and reliable approach to work.
