We're seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to take ownership of an established book of business worth £20 million assets under management clients based in London. This is a rare opportunity to step into a relationship-led advisory role with a strong existing client base, supported by a thriving multi-office practice.

This isn't a green book—it's a wealth development opportunity. Your clients are already engaged, established relationships are in place, and your primary focus will be on deepening advice, growing these relationships, and expanding assets under management organically.

What You'll Do

• Own the client relationships: Lead all advisory interactions with your inherited client base across pensions, investments, retirement planning, and wealth management
• Develop the book: Identify opportunities for cross-selling, additional services, and referral growth from an engaged base
• Deliver holistic advice: Leverage the firm's full suite of services—pension planning, investment management, inheritance tax planning, protection, and later-life planning
• Drive outcomes: Use the firm's Personal Value Statement methodology to demonstrate measurable advice value to clients
• Collaborate: Work within a supportive, award-winning practice with a track record of adviser retention and investment in professional development
