The Company

Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an award-winning infrastructure contractor delivering major projects across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Europe. Specialising in Data Centres, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Power, Fibre and Construction, 

Duties

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Analyse drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Manage project costs and assist with commercial reporting.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Support contract administration and valuation processes.
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare variations, final accounts and cost forecasts.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and project teams.

Criteria

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating role.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy or civil engineering projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Full driving licence desirable.
