About the Role

We’re seeking confident, reliable Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools in West Bromwich on a daily supply basis. You’ll step into classrooms to supervise lessons during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and productive.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in different school environments, thrives on last‑minute bookings, and wants a schedule that fits around their lifestyle.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Full‑time or part‑time – completely flexible
• Short‑notice bookings are common, so adaptability is essential

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with previous Cover Supervisor experience or strong classroom management experience within a school setting.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience supervising classes or supporting teaching staff
• Can manage behaviour confidently and professionally
• Communicate clearly with students and staff
• Adapt quickly to new schools and routines
• Are dependable, punctual, and proactive

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher
• Delivering pre‑planned work and keeping students on task
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Building positive relationships with staff and students
• Representing the agency professionally across multiple schools
