Job Description

Hours of work: 18.45 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)

Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our established cover team. The successful candidate will supervise whole classes during teacher absence, deliver lesson instructions as provided, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task.

The ideal candidate will be a flexible and supportive team player, willing to assist colleagues as needed. You will be resilient, calm, and professional, with the ability to manage situations effectively under pressure.

The position is for 18.45 hours per week (8.30am – 3.30pm 3 days a week) term time only, and will be paid on Single Status grade 4-5, pt 9-13. Salary £25,185 - £26,403 p.a pro rata (actual £10,150 – £11,374 p.a.)
