About the Role
Resolve Recruitment Services is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Professional Hygiene Ltd, an independent UK provider of specialist hygiene services.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and effective Clinical / Offensive Waste Collection Driver to join a friendly and growing team.

Applicants living within approximately 20 miles of Worcester are preferred due to the geographical area covered.
What We Offer
- £27,476.80 annual salary based on a 40-hour working week.
- Salary increases to £28,308.80 per annum once ADR qualification has been successfully completed.
- Regular overtime available, paid at time-and-a-half.
- Standard overtime rate of £19.82 per hour
- Following ADR qualification, overtime increases to approximately £20.42 per hour.
- 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
- Some earlier starts mean your working day may finish around 3pm, depending on customer requirements. Earlier finishes are not guaranteed.
- 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, subject to contract.

The Role
As a Clinical / Offensive Waste Collection Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and professional collection and transportation of clinical and offensive waste from customers across the region.
The role involves driving a 3.5-tonne long-wheelbase van, regular customer interaction and physical handling of waste containers and equipment.
You will be representing the company at customer sites, so a professional appearance, positive attitude and excellent customer service are essential.
About You
- We're looking for someone with all the "E's": Energetic. Enthusiastic. Effective.
- You should be self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience driving 3.5-tonne long-wheelbase vans.
- A clean driving licence, with up to 3 points considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and presentable manner.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- A logical and practical approach to work.
- The ability to work in a physically demanding role involving regular heavy lifting.
- Good levels of fitness and the ability to carry out manual handling duties.
- Basic computer literacy — although full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your working day effectively.
- ADR Qualification, ADR qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Once ADR qualification has been successfully obtained, your basic salary will increase from £27,476.80 to £28,308.80 per annum, with the overtime rate increasing from approximately £19.82 to £20.42 per hour.
