  • Salary: Scale D, £13.92 - £14.14 per hour (TA and Scale A, £13.28 per hour)
  • Fixed Term until August 2027, with the possibility of an extension 
  • Part Time 
  • 30 hours per week (25 hours TA & 5 hours MSA) 
  • Term Time + 1 week 
  • Required ASAP 


We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled teaching assistant to join our amazing school, supporting Key Stage Two. You will become part of a committed team of education professionals who truly want to, and do, make a difference. 

We have great facilities and are committed to delivering a creative, engaging curriculum. Your day may include supporting individual and small groups of pupils with their learning, running learning interventions, helping the teaching team to prepare resources for future lessons or listening to those who may need help to talk through their emotions. The role may include a range of 1:1, small group and whole-class teaching assistant support. 

We have three simple rules in our school, ‘Safe, Ready, Respectful’. They are at the core of everything we do. We expect it from our staff and pupils and help us to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment for all. 

You may be a current teaching assistant wanting to experience a large-school setting, a recent graduate looking to develop a career in education or someone with experience of working with children, looking to work in schools. We have over 600 pupils and 90 staff who work collaboratively to support our pupils in achieving their full potential.

  • Supporting KS2 pupils, including those with additional needs

Working hours are Monday-Friday 08.30-15.00.
