Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to support all pupils

• Monitor, assess and report on student progress

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff and school leadership

• Implement effective behaviour management strategies

• Communicate with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

• Previous experience teaching in Primary Education

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A child-centred approach and passion for education

• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to obtain one)
